When re-packaging your bag, you may re-use the same paper and box the bag arrived to you in.It’s best not to use an envelope (even a padded one) as it is likely to arrive back damaged in transit (and will not be accepted for return or exchange).
Ship via a reliable shipping service available.
Be sure to include a copy of your original order email in the package or something with your name and what you would like us to do with your bag (ie: return or exchange). Please include your name inside the box. If you do not include your name, we won’t know who the package came from and you won’t receive your refund. At least mention your name on it.
We will refund the order, minus shipping charges, once the item arrives and is deemed re-saleable. If an item is received and is not in re-saleable condition, the cost of the bag will not be refunded and will be returned at the customers expense.
